What's New in Asset Essentials?

Dynamic Data

The Dynamic Data Enrichment is a feature in Asset Essentials (AE) that converts basic HVAC/mechanical asset information into a detailed, enriched equipment profile. It uses enrichment service to automatically add specification data and OEM documents without requiring manual lookup or data entry.

This feature supports:

• HVAC and mechanical equipment (airmoving and watermoving assets.)

• Up to 120 enriched specification fields per asset.

• Automatic retrieval of OEM manuals, installation guides, service bulletins, and diagrams.

• Fast data processing—results appear within minutes.

• Mobile OCR capture for quick data extraction from equipment nameplates.

• Enrichment does not overwrite any existing fields. Instead, AE adds a Specification Data section containing the enriched information.

The feature is available for users with an active Dynamic Data subscription (enabled via feature flag).

New System Status: Duplicate Work Order

We have added a new system-defined “Duplicate” Work Order status Category mapped with Duplicate(AI) WO status to prepare for an upcoming AI-powered capability that helps identify and resolve duplicate Work Orders.

• The status is currently non-editable

• No action is required from users

• The feature is in Beta phase right now.

AE Mobile Support for Rich Text

This enhancement allows users to view and format text directly within the Work Requested, Action Taken, and Comments fields—making it easier to highlight important details, organize information, and improve clarity across your workspace.
